5 Most Excellent Back Exercises For Women

1. Push ups

Now, push-up until your arms are straight.
Return to the starting pose after that.

Hold the dumbbells loads in arms, and then gradually increase your right feet in reverse in such a means that your right leg and chest area are similar to the floor.

Switch the legs following eight repetitions and do the same with the left leg.

3. Swiss Ball Y-raise
You would require a work out ball to perform this exercise.
Lie on the air ball with facedown and toes on the floor.
Now, keep your back upright and make sure that the airball was placed below your chest area. Let your arms hang loosely on the floor with palms facing each other.
Then, lift your hands at 30-degree positions from your whole body, so that it types a Y and keep increasing them until they are in line with your whole body.

4. Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise
This is yet another simple work out for an attractive back. Here is how to do it:
Firstly, take a chair and then get a pair of lightweight dumbbells.
Place the dumbbells weight right behind your heels, and lift the hands straight out on the sides.

5. Superman
You will experience like one superhero with this exercise. Just follow to these straightforward actions to do this fun workout:
Lie in face-down position on the ground, and distribute your arms and legs.
Now, raise your head, right arm and leg to about three inches broad.
Keep this pose for a few moments before getting back to the beginning pose.
Repeat the equal with right leg and left arm.
Once you are suitable with this, do this by lifting both your arms and legs simultaneously. Do eight to ten replications of this exercise for best outcomes.
